WELCOME
We're Grandmothers, Incorporated! Three of the most unlikely female detectives you’ll find in fiction land, we’re all widows in our sixties whose adventures in the world of crime will make you laugh until you cry. Although the three of us are only figments of the imaginations of our creators, L. Barnett Evans and C.V. Rhodes, we're three red hot grandmas ready for action. Let us introduce ourselves.
I'm Beatrice Bell, grandmother of one, and despite the gray under my rinse, I’m one good-looking woman, if I have to say so myself. My friends and I stumbled into our first case of crime when a friend of mine died under mysterious circumstances—at least we thought that they were mysterious. You can judge for yourself by reading our book, Grandmothers, Incorporated. Read the first three chapters on Smashwords for free at:

Hattie Collier here and I’ve been friends with Bea since high school. I'm also a grandmother, but even though my husband has been dead for nearly a decade, I still honor his memory—although lately I must admit that my single minister has been making my heart flutter. But, I'm a Christian woman who's trying to keep folks on the straight and narrow. It's a hard job, but somebody’s got to do it. You can read about how I take on Las Vegas with hilarious results in our book, Saving Sin City. Sample the first three chapters of that book free at:

Last but not least, I’m Connie Palmer, and I’m a grandmother too. I like fine wine and younger men and all I have to say about that is don’t knock it if you haven’t tried it! It can be as much fun as the three of us have fighting crime. Why don't you check out our blog. We each have an opinion on everything.
